中药热熨敷结合腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗退行性膝关节炎的可行性研究

Study on the feasibility of Chinese herbal hot compress combined with intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis

目的探讨中药热熨敷结合腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月~2017年3月我院收治的70例退行性膝关节炎患者为主要研究对象,采用随机数字表法的原则进行分组,每组35例。对照组患者接受腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加中药热熨敷联合治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行统计分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率为94.28%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,观察组患者的压痛、肿胀、行走能力症状积分与治疗前相比有显著差异,且明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在退行性膝关节炎的临床治疗上,采用中药热熨敷结合腔内注射玻璃酸钠的治疗方案,效果更加显著,可明显改善患者的各项临床症状,值得在临床治疗上进一步推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese herbal hot compress combined with intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis. Methods Seventy ccases of degenerative knee arthritis who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the main research subjects.They were divided into groups with the principle of digital random table,with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Hot pressed of Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.28%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.0%）,and there was a significant difference between the groups （P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the scores of pain,swelling and walking ability of the patients in the observation group were significantly different from those before the treatment,which was obviously better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal hot compress combined with intraluminal injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee has more effective,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical treatment.
