黄连阿胶汤加减联合西药治疗阴虚热盛型糖尿病的疗效分析

Discuss on efficacy of Huanglian Ejiao decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetes with Yinxu Resheng type

目的探讨黄连阿胶汤加减联合西药治疗阴虚热盛型糖尿病的疗效。方法选取2016年2月~2017年8月我院收治的阴虚热盛型糖尿病患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组患者接受常规治疗方法,观察组患者在常规治疗方法的基础上接受黄连阿胶汤加减治疗,对比分析治疗1个月后两组患者的血糖情况、血脂水平和降糖有效率。结果观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者在TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、Apo等血脂变化均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者降糖有效率97.5%,对照组患者降糖有效率为77.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.3143,P=0.0068)。结论黄连阿胶汤加减联合西药治疗阴虚热盛型糖尿病的治疗效果更加显著,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huanglian Ejiao decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetes with Yinxu Resheng type. Methods 80 patients of diabetes with Yinxu Resheng type from February 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group were given routine treatment,and the observation group were given Huanglian Ejiao Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The blood glucose level,blood lipid level and hypoglycemie efficiency of the two groups were compared after 1 months of treatment. Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The changes of blood lipids such as TG,TC,LDL- C,HDL-C and Apo in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The effective rate of glucose lowering in the observation group was 97.5%,and that in the control group was 77.5%.The difference was statistically significant （X2=7.3143,P=0.0068）. Conclusion Huanglian Ejiao decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of diabetes with Yinxu Resheng type is more significant,with higher clinical value.
