普拉克索联合美多芭对老年帕金森患者运动功能的影响

Effects of pramipexole and methadopine on motor function in elderly patients with parkinson's disease

目的探讨普拉克索联合美多芭对老年帕金森(PD)患者运动功能的影响。方法选择120例老年PD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其均分为美多芭组和联合治疗组各60例,连续治疗9周,观察比较两组患者临床疗效及对运动功能的影响。结果联合治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于美多芭组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者UPDRSⅢ评分及H-Y分级情况均得到改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者UPDRSⅢ评分比美多芭组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),H-Y分级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者明显比美多芭组多,H-Y分级为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级患者明显比美多芭组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组不良反应发生率为15.00%,明显比美多芭组的26.67%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用美多芭联合盐酸普拉克索治疗老年PD具有良好的临床效果,对于患者运动功能具有明显的改善作用,且能降低患者不良反应发生情况。

Objective To investigate the effect of pramipexole and methadopine on motor function in elderly patients with Parkinson＇ s disease （PD）. Methods 120 elderly patients with PD were selected as the subjects.The random number table method was used to divide the patients into the metoprol group and the combination therapy group,each group of 60 cases,the patients were treated for 9 weeks, and the clinical efficacy and the impact of motor function of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the combination therapy group was significantly higher than in the metoprolol group （P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the UPDRS IlI score and the H-Y grade were improved in the two groups （P 〈 0.05）.The UPDRS III score in the combination therapy group was significantly lower than that in the metoprolol group （P ~ 0.05）.The H-Y grade I - I] patients were significantly more than themetoprol group, m - grade were significantly less than the metoprol group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination therapy group was 15.00%,which was significantly lower than the 26.67% of the metoprolol group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of mebopa and piracyol hydrochloride has a good clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with PD.It can improve the motor function,and improve the incidence of adverse reactions.
