步长稳心颗粒和骨化三醇胶丸治疗心血管神经症的效果研究

Study on the effect of Buchang Wenxin granules and Calcitriol Soft Capsules in the treatment of Cardiovascular Neurosis

目的探讨步长稳心颗粒和骨化三醇胶丸治疗心血管神经症的效果。方法选取2015年8月~2017年8月我院门诊就诊的124例心血管神经症患者为主要研究对象,运用随机数字表法分组,每组62例。给予对照组患者常规治疗,观察组患者接受步长稳心颗粒和骨化三醇胶丸治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率为96.77%,显著高于对照组的82.26%,组间差异具有统计学意义;经治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量评分、不良情绪评分均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义;观察组患者的不良反应发生率为3.22%,明显低于对照组的12.90%,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论采用步长稳心颗粒和骨化三醇胶丸联合的用药方案,用于心血管神经症的临床治疗,不仅可以提高临床治疗有效率,改善患者的临床症状,同时也可以改善患者的负面情绪,提升其生存质量,且用药安全性高,可进一步应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Buchang Wenxin granules and Calcitriol Soft Capsules in the treatment of Cardiovascular Neurosis. Methods From August 2015 to August 2017,124 patients with cardiovascular neurosis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 62 patients in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and observation group was given Buchang Wenxin granules and Calcitriol Soft Capsules,the effects in two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was 96.77%,it was higher than that in control group（82.26%）, the differences between groups were statistically significant. After treatment, the scores of life quality and bad mood of the patients in the observation group were obviously superior to those of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.22%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group （12.90%）,and the differences between the two groups were significant. Conclusion The Buchang Wenxin granules combined with calcitriol capsule treatment of cardiovascular neurosis can not only improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,but also improve the clinical symptoms and negative emotions,improve the quality of life,and the medication is safe and worthy of clinical application.
