产后盆底康复护理对患者依从性的影响观察

目的观察产后盆底康复护理对患者依从性的影响。方法选取2016年5月~2017年7月我院收治的80例产妇为观察对象,并将80例产妇随机分为常规护理组和综合护理组,每组有40例产妇。常规护理组给予其常规护理措施干预护理,综合护理组在常规护理措施干预的基础上给予综合性护理措施进行护理干预,观察两组产妇采用不同的护理措施后的患者依从性状况。结果综合护理组产妇经过护理后,其依从性要明显高于常规护理组产妇,两组数据进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对产妇盆底肌肉张力的改善情况、尿失禁与盆腔组织脱落的减少情况进行观察,综合护理组产妇各指标要明显优于常规护理组产妇,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施在产妇产后盆底康复的护理过程中有着至关重要的作用,可以有效提高产妇对护理的依从性,减少尿失禁、盆腔组织脱落的现象,对盆底肌肉张力也有改善的作用,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To observe the effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on patient compliance. Methods Eighty cases of pregnant women in our hospital from may 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the observation objects,and eighty cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into conventional nursing group and comprehensive nursing group,forty cases of pregnant women in each group.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing intervention,the comprehensive nursing group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The compliance status of two groups of parturients with different nursing measures were observed. Results After nursing,the compliance of the comprehensive nursing group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The improvement of pelvic floor muscle tension,the incidence of urinary incontinence and pelvic tissue shedding were observed.The indicators of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly better than those of the routine nursing group,and the data difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures play an important role in the nursing process of maternal postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation, which can improve the compliance of maternal care and reduce urinary incontinence, pelvic tissue shedding, and improve the pelvic floor muscle tension, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
