高血压伴室性早搏患者心率变异性与心率震荡的相关性

Correlation of heart rate variability and heart rate oscillation in hypertensive patients with ventricular premature beats

目的研究高血压伴室性早搏患者心率变异性与心率震荡的相关性。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年10月1日~2016年10月31日期间在我院进行治疗的高血压患者,将100例患者根据是否伴发室性早搏分为A组(偶发室早组)、B组(频发室早组),50例每组,同时选取健康体检者50例作为对照(C组)。对三组的心率变异性、心率震荡相关指标情况、阳性率以及血压水平进行比较。结果 A组、B组患者的TO、TS、SDNN、T1数值同C组进行比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05),A组、B组患者的阳性率分别与C组对比均更高(P<0.05),A、B两组的24h平均收缩压和平均舒张压、白天平均收缩压以及平均舒张压分别同C组进行比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论心率变异性与心率震荡是高血压伴室性早搏的有效评价指标。

Objective To study the correlation between heart rate variability and heart rate oscillation in patients with hypertension and ventricu!ar premature beats, Methods One hundred patients who were treated in our hospital from October 1, 2015 to Oetaber 31, 2016 were selected and divided into group A （incidental ve^ntricular premature group）, group B （frequent ventricular premature group）, 50 cases in each group according to whether they had ventricular premature beat, and 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group （group C）. The heart rate variability, heart rate oscillation related index, positive rate and blood pressure level were compared in the three groups. Results The values of TO, TS, SDNN and T1 in group A and group B were highly different from those in the C group （P 〈 0,05）. The positive rate of patients in group A and group B was higher than that in group C （P 〈 0.05）. The 24h mean systolic pressure and mean diastolic pressure and mean daytime systolic pressure and mean diastolic pressure in the A and B two groups were significantly different from those in the C group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Heart rate variability and heart rate shock are the effective indexes of hypertension and ventricular premature beat.
