摘要
本设计以煤矿提升机提升载荷为研究对象,通过对油缸压力来反映提升机的提升载荷。首先US10000压力传感器采集油缸压力,然后经过传感器调理电路、AD转换电路的作用,最终将数据传输到以MSP430为核心的处理器中。MCU再通过控制SM63A无线收发装置,将数据发送出去。此设计由于采用直流电源供电,整个过程都工作在低功耗模式下。
This design takes coal mine hoist lifting load as the research object, through the cylinder pressure to reflect the lifting load of the hoist, Firstly, US I0000 pressure sensor collection cylinder pressure.Then through the sensor conditioning circuit, the role of the AD converter circuit, the final data is transferred to the processor MSP430 core.MCU by controlling the SM63A wireless transceiver device, sends the data out.This design adopts a DC power supply, the whole process work in low power mode.
