摘要
肾间质纤维化(renal interstitial fibrosis,RIF)是多种进行性肾脏疾病发展至终末阶段的共同病理特征,将导致肾脏功能的不可逆损伤。肾间质纤维化的过程中常常伴随着炎性细胞的浸润,而核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)调控炎症反应的各个阶段,因此NF-κB信号通路在肾间质纤维化中起着重要的作用。本文综述了NF-κB信号通路在肾间质纤维化中的研究进展,为人类肾间质纤维化的治疗提供新的思路。
Renal interstitial fibrosis (RIF) is a common pathological feature of multiple progressivekidney disease progression to the final stage, which leads to irreversible damage to renal function. RIF isoften accompanied by inflammatory cell infiltration, and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) regulates various stagesof the inflammatory response. Therefore, NF-κB signaling pathway plays an important role in FIF. Thisreview summarizes the progress of research on NF-κB signaling pathway in RIF for a new idea of its treatment.
