摘要
对江苏省2014~2016年阿奇霉素注射剂ADR/ADE报告进行统计和分析。注射液与粉针剂ADR/ADE在年龄分布中存在显著性差异,且注射液新的ADR/ADE高于粉针剂(P<0.01)。国产阿奇霉素注射剂说明书的安全性内容需要进一步完善,对其安全性问题予以关注。
Statistical analysis was done on ADR/ADE with azithromycin injections reported in Jiangsu Province from 2014 to 2016. The results showed that the injections as solution and powder had remarkable differences in age distribution of ADR/ADE and incidence of new adverse reactions （P〈0.01）. The safety information in the specification of domestic azithromycin injections should be further supplemented; the safety issue of azithromycin injections in solution form deserves more attention.
