摘要
介绍了一种在实际工程中比较实用且快速理论计算风电变流器IGBT模块损耗的可行性方法。由计算得到的IGBT模块损耗值,通过建立散热系统热阻模型,求得散热器的热阻值,并选取合适的散热器。通过Icepak软件对所建模型进行散热性能仿真分析,得到散热器温度分布云图。最终,将仿真结果与试验数据进行对比,证明所设计的散热系统符合工程实际要求。
A practical and accurate method for fast calculation of wind power converter IGBT module loss in practical engineering was introduced.By calculating the IGBT module loss value,and establishing the thermal resistance model of the heat dissipation system,the thermal resistance value of the radiator is obtained and a suitable radiator is selected.Thermal simulation analysis of the cooling system was carried out by Icepak software,and the temperature distribution nephogram of radiator was obtained.Finally,the simulation results were compared with the experimental data,which proves that the thermal design is in line with the actual requirements of the project.
