血浆同型半胱氨酸和血尿酸水平在帕金森病中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和血尿酸水平在帕金森病中(PD)的作用。方法收集50例帕金森患者(PD组),对照组为健康人50例,两组年龄、性别差异无统计学意义,均不伴有其他严重疾病。用全自动生化仪检测PD组和正常对照组的血浆Hcy及血尿酸水平。结果血浆Hcy浓度在PD组显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);帕金森病组患者的血尿酸水平低于正常对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论血浆高同型半胱氨酸和血尿酸水平降低可能是帕金森病的危险因素,有望作为辅助诊断指标之一。 Objective To investigate the effect between the level of serum homocysteine and serum uric acid in Par- kinson's disease. Methods 50 patients with Parkinson's disease were chosen as cases of illness group. The control group included 50 healthy persons (normal control group) with age and gender matched with PD group. We used the Automatic biochemistry analyzer to examinate the level of serum homocysteine and serum uric acid between the Parkinson's disease group and control group. Results The level of serum homocysteine in PD group (22.04±2. 11μmol/l) was significantly higher than that of Normal control group(12.53± 1.09μmol/l). The statistics has signifieantly difference (P〈0.05). The serum uric acid levels in Parkinson's disease group were significantly lower than those in normal control group (P〈 0.05). Conelusion Hyperhomocysteinemia and lower serum uric acid levels may be the risk factor of Parkinson's disease. They will become one of the auxiliary diagnostic indicators.
