新型锦纶/莱卡弹力针织物吸湿快干整理应用研究

The application of new nylon/lycra elastic knitted fabric for moisture absorption and fast drying finishing

探讨了Richperm NPU liq在锦纶/氨纶弹力针织物上的应用,对整理后织物的毛细效应综合值、导湿综合值、水分蒸发率及耐洗涤性进行了分析;结果表明,Richperm NPU liq整理赋予锦/氨纶织物高品质的吸湿快干性能,改善了锦纶弹力织物的穿着舒适性,提升织物手感和服用性能;具有良好持久性的整理效果,且对织物色牢度、色光影响极小。

The application of Richperm NPU liq on nylon/spandex elastic knitted fabric was discussed. The capillary effect comprehensive value, moisture value, water evaporation rate and washing durability of treated fabric were analyzed. Results showed that after Richperm NPU liq finishing, nylon/spandex fabric was provided with high quality moisture absorption and fast drying properties, improved wearing comfort, elevated hand feeling and wearability. It exhibited good durable finishing effect and had minimal impact on color fastness and shade.
