摘要
针对鱼腥草天然色素传统提取方法效率低的问题,利用超声波提取法对鱼腥草天然色素进行提取后对比染色K/S值,先通过单因素实验确定较优的提取物料比、p H、功率和温度的范围,然后通过L_9(3~4)正交实验得到最佳提取工艺,最后与水提法提取的鱼腥草天然染料进行比较。实验表明:最佳提取工艺为提取物料比1∶40、p H=8、提取功率350 W、提取温度60℃;超声波法提取的鱼腥草色素染色K/S值为4.838 4,而水提法的鱼腥草色素染色K/S值为4.121 8,超声波法效果更好。
Aiming at the problem of inefficient traditional extraction method of natural cordate houttuynia dyes, the ultrasonic extraction method is utilized for extracting the natural cordate houttuynia dyes, and then the K/S values are compared. Firstly, the optimized ranges of ratio, pH, power and temperature are confirmed by single-factor experiment. Then the optimal extraction process is obtained by L9(34) orthogonal experiment. Finally, these obtained dyes are compared with the natural cordate houttuynia dyes extracted by water. The experiment shows: the optimum extraction process is that the ratio of 1 : 40, pH=8, the extraction power of 350 W, the extraction temperature of 60 ℃. The dyeing K/S val- ue of cordate houttuynia dyes extracted byultrasouic wave is 4.838 4, while the dyeing K/S value of cordate houttuynia dyes extracted by water is 4.121 8, which indicates the ultrasonic method has a better effect.
