国内外护理标签中耐漂色牢度标准对比

Comparison of standard color fastness to bleaching in domestic and foreign care labels

消费者常用带有漂白效果的洗涤剂对纺织品进行清洗,而漂白组分会影响纺织品的色牢度,因此,在护理标签中需对漂白护理进行标注。对护理标签中所涉及的耐漂色牢度标准的测试条件进行对比,分析各标准测试结果的差异,为标准的应用提供参考。对比四种标准体系的耐氯漂色牢度标准可知,ISO、GB和JIS测试条件相似度高,与AATCC的测试原理及方法却有较大差异;ISO、GB和JIS测试结果一致度高,AATCC变色等级较低,相对严格。对比耐非氯漂色牢度可知,ISO和AATCC所用漂白剂不尽相同,测试原理和条件也存在差异;经ISO测试样品的色牢度等级基本比AATCC高,说明AATCC测试更为严格。

Detergents with bleaching are commonly used for cleaning of textiles by consumers. The bleaching compo- nent will affect the color fastness of textiles, so bleaching should be on care label. The test conditions of standards color fastness to bleaching in care labels were compared and the differences of the test results were analyzed. It may provide the reference for standard applications. Comparison of four kinds of standard systems for color fastness to chlorine bleach, the test conditions of ISO, GB and JIS were with a high similarity, and the test principle and method of AATCC was significantly different. The test demonstrated that the results of ISO, GB and JIS were consistent with a high degree, and the color change level of AATCC is lower than other standards and relatively strict. The contrast of standards color fastness to non-chlorine bleach shows that bleach agents for ISO and AATCC is not the same, and the principle and test methods is different in two standards. The color fastness of the samples tested by ISO is higher than that of AATCC, in- dicating that the AATCC test is more stringent.
