摘要
按照标准GB/T 19941-2005《皮革和毛皮化学实验甲醛含量的测定》,测量皮革中甲醛质量分数。详细分析了测量过程中除制作标准曲线过程导致的标准曲线斜率以外影响结果的各个分量,并对各分量进行评定。对结果的标准不确定度进行合成评定,扩展评定。最终认为,移取萃取液体积产生的不确定度、分光光度仪测量吸光度产生的不确定度及重复性测试的不确定度对总的不确定度的贡献较大。
The formaldehyde mass fraction in leather was measured according to the standard GB/T 19941-2005. In addition to the slope of standard curve, each component which affected the results during the measurement was analyzed and evaluated. The uncertainty of the result standard was carried on synthesis assessement, extension assessed. It was concluded that the uncertainty of extraction volume, the absorbance measured by spectrophotometer and repeated testsmade more contribution to the total uncertainty.
