摘要
近五年来,学生学习基础的提高、数字化环境的成熟以及国际竞争的日趋激烈对中小学信息技术教育提出了新的挑战。2014年我国教育部启动了高中信息技术课程标准的修订工作,确立了信息技术学科核心素养,梳理学科大概念,重构高中信息技术课程的内容与模块。本文在高中信息技术课程标准修订的基础上,进一步思考了核心素养与关键能力的关系,分析了核心素养与关键能力在信息技术课程标准中的体现;针对课程标准实施中可能遇到的问题,从师资条件、学段衔接和实验环境等方面给出相应的实施建议,以更好地将课程标准落实于课堂教学中。
Over the past five years, the enhancement of students' learning, the maturation of digital settings and increasingly intense of the international competition have put forward new challenges to the information technology education in high school. China's Ministry of Education initiated a round of revisions of the information technology curriculum standards of high school in 2014, establishing core eompetencies, analyzing big ideas of disciplines, and reconstructing content standards and modules of information technology courses in high school. Based on the revisions of information technology curriculum standard of high school, this paper further explains the relation between the core competencies and key skills, analyzes the embodiment of the core competencies, and key skills in information technology curriculum standard, and provides suggestions about conditions, segmentation and experimental settings which may face educators when implementing the curriculum standards.
