考证了二甘汤的源流,介绍了郑启仲教授运用二甘汤治疗汗证、儿童多发性抽动症、厌食症、过敏性紫癜的经验,探讨了二甘汤的组方奥妙、证治规律,揭示其谨守气阴两伤、虚热内扰、正虚邪恋的病机,体现了异病同治的原则。附典型验案4则,以资验证。

After explored and verified the origin of Er’gan Decoction,professor ZHENG Qizhong’s experience in treating pediatric diseases with Er’gan Decoction,like sweating disease,Tourette’s syndrome,anorexia and anaphylactoid purpura,is introduced in this paper to discuss its syndrome differentiation principle and formula essence,uncover its pathogenesis of qi-yin hurt,deficieny-heat disturbing interior as well as vital qi deficiency with evil-lingering.At last,the principle of treating different diseases with same method has been reflected.4 typical cases are attached for verification.
