药物联合腹部理疗治疗小儿腹泻52例临床观察

Clinical observation of 52 cases of pediatric diarrhea treated with drug combined with abdominal physical therapy

目的观察药物联合腹部理疗治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月我院儿科收治的102例腹泻患儿,随机分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(50例),对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上进行腹部理疗,6 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.31%,对照组为74.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组腹泻改善时间、大便性状恢复时间、呕吐缓解时间及热退时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组住院时间为(5.5±0.6)d,对照组为(6.8±0.8)d,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能及心电图等各项指标均无明显异常。结论药物联合腹部理疗治疗小儿腹泻,可明显改善患儿的临床症状,缩短病程,疗效显著,且安全性高,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of pediatric diarrhea treated with drug combined with abdominal physical therapy.Methods A total of 102 children with diarrhea who were treated in our hospital from Feb.2016 to Feb.2017 were divided randomly into two groups,the control group（ 50 cases） was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the therapy group（ 52 cases） was given abdominal physical therapy based on the treatment of control group.Treated 6 days as one course,the clinical effect of two group was observed after 1 course.Results The total effective rate（ 92.31%） in therapy group was significantly better than that in the control group（ 74.00%）（ P〈0.05）; the improvement time of diarrhea,stool property and vomit as well as the disappearing time of fever in therapy group were shorter than these of control group,there were significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05）; the hospital stays were（ 5.5±0.6） days in therapy group and（ 6.8±0.8） days in control group with significant differences（ P〈0.05）; after treatment,there was no obvious abnormality in each index of two groups,like blood and urine routine examinations,hepatorenal function as well as ECG. Conclusion Drug combined with abdominal physical therapy can treat children with diarrhea effectively and safely by improving the clinical symptoms and shortening the course of disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
