全承载纯电动公交车车架设计与分析

Design and Analysis of Full Load-bearing Pure Electric Bus Chassis

对全承载纯电动公交车车架进行了分析和研究,对车架选材、总体尺寸及各段设计要点进行了介绍,并对整车进行了有限元强度分析。研究表明,这一全承载纯电动公交车车架设计合理,所使用的设计方法对全承载纯电动公交车的研发具有借鉴意义。

Gave an analyses and study on the chassis of full load-bearing pure electric bus, an introduction on the material selection, the overall dimensions and the design points of each segment, as well as a strength analysis of the complete vehicle by finite element method. The study shows that the chassis of this full load-beating pure electric bus is reasonable in design and the design method has reference for R ＆ D of full load-beating pure electric bus.
