摘要
基于目前电气连接接头紧固时无可执行标准的现状,针对常用型号电气连接接头与不同标准和线径的电缆进行匹配性试验,通过线性回归方法建立从紧固密封到电缆最终被破坏的多项式曲线和数据库,研究电缆的压紧性能及密封性能。通过这一研究,可形成电气连接接头的紧固数据库和外观检测标准。
Based on the current situation that there is no executable standard for fastening of electrical connectors and aiming at the matching test between common type electrical connector and cables with different standards and diameters, the linear regression method was used to establish the polynomial curve and database covering the stages from the fastening seal to the final destruction of the cable to study the cable compression performance and sealing performance. Through this examination, a fastening database of electrical connections and a visual inspection standard can be established.
