摘要
针对重卡后提升轴断裂问题,应用检测设备对提升轴进行理化检验,并利用有限元软件对提升轴结构应力进行分析,确认了断裂失效的原因,并提出了改进方法。
Aiming at the breakage in rear lifting shaft of the heavy truck, physical and chemical inspections of lifting shaft were carried out by application of checkout equipment. The structural stress of lifting shaft was analyzed by finite element software to define the failure causes and put forward the measures for improvement.
