摘要
目的探讨超声乳化术与小切口囊外摘除术治疗老年性白内障的治疗效果。方法把我院年防盲复明工2016程活动中住院手术治疗的218例老年性白内障患者,随机分成A组116眼,采用小切口囊外摘除手术治疗。B组102眼,采用超声乳化手术治疗。结果 A组116眼(小切口囊外)和B102组眼(超声乳化)两组患者手术后恢复情况均良好,白内障超声乳化与小切口囊外摘除组术后视力恢复情况及术中术后并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声乳化术与小切口囊外摘除术治疗老年性白内障各有优劣,应根据患者自身条件和手术适应症选择不同的手术治疗方法。
Objetive To study the effects of phacoemulsification and small incision extracapsular cataract extrac.tion on treating patients with senile cataract. Methods The 218 subjects with senile cataract were randomly divided into two groups： Group A of 116 eyes underwent phacoemulsification, while Group B of 102 eyes underwent small incision extracapsular cataract extraction. Results The subjects in both Group A and Group B were significantly improved after the surgery and had a satisfactory recovery of visual acuity. There was no distinct difference in the recovery and the complications between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Two types of surgeries could have their own advantages and disadvantages. Different surgical treatment methods should be selected according to the patient＇s condition and surgical indications.
