复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼肌麻痹的疗效探讨

The efficacy of compound anisodine hydrobromide injection in the treatment of ophthalmoplegia

目的探讨并分析针对眼肌麻痹疾病采用复方樟柳碱注射液进行治疗的疗效。方法采用统计分析方法选取2014年3月-2016年2月期间在本院接受治疗的患有眼肌麻痹患者60例作为研究对象,利用随机抽样法将其分为对照组与实验组,其中实验组30例,针对该组患者使用复方樟柳碱注射液进行治疗;对照组30例,针对该组患者采用传统治疗方法治疗,对比分析两组患者经过相应的治疗其疗效差异,经入院前检查,患者的平均年龄、性别比、眼科疾病史、遗传眼科疾病史均无明显差异,对比结果无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组与对照组最终治疗结果差异明显,对比结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为90%(27/30),对照组患者的治疗总有效率为63.3%(19/30),组间对比结果差异明显(P<0.05)。结论针对眼肌麻痹疾病使用复方樟柳碱注射液进行治疗的效果相比较使用传统治疗方法更好,不仅可以有效的治愈疾病,同时改善患者的眼部血液循环,补充眼部肌肉所需营养,降低疾病复发率,值得临床广泛推广与应用。

Objetive To investigate and analyze the effect of Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection in the treatment of ophthalmoplegia. Methods 60 patients with ophthalmoplegia treated in our hospital from March 2014 to February -2016 were selected as the subjects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random sampling. Among them, 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection, and 30 cases in the control group were treated with traditional therapy. The curative effect difference of two groups of patients after the corresponding treatment were compared and analyzed. There was no significant difference in the average age, sex ratio, ocular diseases history and genetic ocular diseases history before admission between the two groups （P〉0.05）; the curative difference between the experimental group and the control group was significant （P〈0.05）. Results the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90% （27/30）, and that of the control group was 63.3% （19/30）, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the curative effect of Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection is better than that of traditional treatment in treating ophthalmoplegia. Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection can not only effectively cure the disease, but also improve the patient＇s ocular blood circulation, supplement the ocular muscle nutrition, reduce the recurrence rate of disease. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
