摘要
对大功率液相加氢循环油泵的研发进行了探讨,以技术要求为出发点,对相关技术进行了分析,确定了泵的型式,设计了技术方案,分别对总体结构设计、水力部件设计、电磁设计、轴承设计进行了分析。并且在用户现场进行了冷态运转试验,可靠的运行,证明了该设计方案切实可行。
This paper discusses the research and development of high-power liquid-phase hydrogenation oil circulating pump, and analyses the relevant technologies taking technical re- quirements as a starting point. The type of pump is determined, the technical scheme of pump is designed, and the overall structure design, hydraulic components design, electromagnetic de- sign and bearing design are analyzed respectively. Moreover, the cold-state running test is car- ried out on user's site, and reliable operation has proved that the design scheme is practical and feasible.
