摘要
介绍了防爆等级ExdⅡCT4 Gb、安装方式V6、皮带轮传动的加大接线盒钢板机座防爆电机的结构设计,从严控隔爆间隙入手,重点介绍了有效保证动配合面的隔爆间隙的有效措施,并对轴头的防水结构进行具体分析。
This paper introduces structural design of explosion-proof motor with steel-plate frame and enlarged terminal box, of which the explosive-proof grade is Exd 11 CT4 Gb, installa- tion method is V6 and driving method is pulley. Starting from the strict control of flame-proof clearance, this paper mainly introduces the effective measures to guarantee flame-proof clear- ance of movable mating surface, and specifically analyzes waterproof structure Of shaft end.
