摘要
针对传统电机定子扇形片模具的特点,对模刃的结构进行探索和创新,介绍了一种模具模刃镶拼结构的设计方案,解决模具材料成本高、淬火件加工后内应力重新释放变形大、模刃互换性差、维修不便等问题。
Based on features of traditional segmental lamination mold of motor stator, the structure of mold blade is researched and innovated. This paper introduces a design scheme for the inlaying and stitching structure of mold blade. It can solve the problems for high cost of mold material, large deformation due to internal stress re-release after machining of the quenched parts as well as inadequate interchangeability and inconvenient maintenance of mold blade, etc.
