摘要 差动电阻式测缝计和振弦式测缝计安装时都需要预拉,用手或其他工具直接操作难以把握好力度,容易损毁仪器,且预拉值难以稳定。为此,设计了一款便携的测缝计拉伸装置,在测缝计安装时对其进行预拉,使测缝计在大坝及其附属结构横缝、纵缝和诱导缝等部位安装时更安全、更便捷。将手动拉伸过程转化为机械拉伸过程,避免了测缝计在预拉时力度难以把握、拉坏仪器等情况的发生。实例应用表明,该拉伸装置不仅优化了预拉过程,而且改进了测缝计安装方法、缩短了安装时间、提高了安装质量,可供类似工程监测仪器改造借鉴。 The installation of differential resistance joint meter and vibrating wire joint meter need to be pre - stretched before installation. If stretching it by hands or other tools directly, the strength is difficult to grasp and the instrument is easily to be damaged, meanwhile, the measured values are not stable enough. Therefore, a portable stretching device was designed to solve this problem. Pre - stretching before the installation of joint meter makes it safer and more convenient to install the joint meter at transverse joint, longitudinal joint and induced joint of the dam and affiliated structures. By the new device, the manual stretc- hing process is switched into mechanical stretching process, so as to avoid irrational stretching strength and damaging of instrument. Engineering application indicate that this device not only optimizes the pre - stretching process, but also improves the installation of the joint meter, which shortens the installation time and improves the installation quality.
