摘要
协同演化是战略性新兴产业集群发展的有效模式和必然路径。为提高集群协同演化耦合协调度和稳定性,融合协同学、生态学等理论,将战略性新兴产业集群协同演化归结为集群内自组织协同演化、政府调控下他组织协同演化两种生态关系,构建耦合协调度模型和基于改进Lotka-Volterra模型的组织种群协同演化模型,进行定性分析和数值仿真验证。研究表明:组织种群影响因子、最大生态位等因素对组织种群生态位扩张及演化均衡态具有正向反馈作用;通过构建"自组织+他组织"集群协同演化模式,以集群自组织为核心,借助政府他组织,调节组织种群生态位,有助于提高集群演化均衡和耦合协调度,推动战略性新兴产业集群协同演化发展。
Co-evolution is the effective mode and the inevitable path of strategic emerging industry cluster development. In order to improve the stability and coupling coordination degree of cluster co-evolution, this paper fuses the theory of synergetic and ecology etc, attributing co-evolution of strategic emerging industry cluster to two kinds of ecological relationships that are self-organized co evolution within the cluster, and other-organized co-evolution under the control ot government This paper also constructs the model of coupling coordination degree, and organization population co-evolution based on improved Lotka-Volterra model, which has been analyzed qualitatively and simulated numerically. The research shows that the factors of population influence and largest niche, etc, have a positive feedback effect on the niche expansion and the evolutionary equilibrium of organization population. By building clustered co-evolution model of "self organization plus other-organization", taking cluster's self-organization as the core, with the help of other-organization of the government, to adjust the populations niche, which is expected to improve the equilibrium of the cluster evolution and coordination de gree of coupling, and promote co-evolution of the strategic emerging industry cluster.
