空管雷达高速天线座关键技术研究

摘要 相对于以往研制的中低速天线座(转速6~15r/min),空管雷达高速天线座(转速60r/min)存在着高速旋转谐振而导致天线旋转震颤、高速旋转磨损而导致缩短传动件使用寿命、高速旋转密封件磨损而导致渗漏油等问题,通过对空管雷达高速天线座总体结构组成及特点的分析研究,采用动平衡设计、浸油传动润滑设计、非接触式动密封设计、自动减压平衡设计、远程监视油位油温设计等关键技术,实现了空管雷达高速天线座的高可靠性运行、无渗漏油现象、可远程监视油位油温等要求。 Compared with the traditional middle- and low- speed antenna pedestal (rotation speed at 6 ~15 r/min), there are lots of problems caused by the high speed of high speed ATC radar antenna pedestal (rotation speed at 60 r/min) such as trembling while rotating due to the high speed resonance oscillation, shortening service life of the transmission parts because of the wear while rotating in high speed, leaking oil as a result of the wear of seal components. Based on the analysis of the overall structure and feature of the ATC radar high speed antenna pedestal, this research adopted some key technologies such as dynamic balance, lubricated transmission, non - contact dynamic seal, automatic decompression balance, and oil level and temperature remote monitoring, to realize the reliable operation of the ATC radar high speed antenna pedestal with no oil leaking and with the oil level and temperature monitored remotely.
