摘要 为准确构建生产系统中生产计划与维修计划之间关系,以生产计划模型为基础,引入基于维修次数的退化模型和基于系统可靠性的非周期预防性维修模型,建立了系统运行与维修费用最少为目标的生产计划与维修计划的联合模型,从而在保证系统产量的前提下,减少系统运行的总成本。利用计划维修矩阵和通用生成函数(UGF)求解出系统的计划维修费用和生产率。通过算例表明,将生产计划与维修计划综合考虑比分开考虑更具经济价值。 To accurately construct the association between the production plan and maintenance plan in production system, the degradation model based on maintenance frequency as well as the non - periodic preventive maintenance model based on system reliability were introduced. On this basis, a joint model integrating production plan and maintenance plan was built aiming at minimizing the cost of system operation and maintenance while ensuring the system production. The planned maintenance cost and productivity of the system were obtained by using planned maintenance matrix and universal generating function (UGF). The simulation results show that it will be more cost - efficient to apply production plan and maintenance plan comprehensively other than separately.
