环氧树脂增韧功能型固化剂的合成与表征 被引量:2

摘要 以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和丙烯酰胺为主要原料,采用自由基聚合法制备了EP(环氧树脂)用功能型固化剂。着重探讨了该固化剂及其固化产物的结构、热性能和力学性能。研究结果表明:当n(N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺)∶n(丙烯酰胺)=1∶1、反应温度为70℃时,产物的表干时间为29 min、胺值为449.48 mg/g和黏度为2.46 Pa·s;当w(固化剂)=30%(相对于EP质量而言)时,相应固化产物的综合性能相对较好,其拉伸剪切强度为39.02 MPa、断裂伸长率为7.97%。 With N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide and acrylamide as main raw materials, a functional curing agent for EP (epoxy resin) was prepared by free radical polymerization. The structure, thermal properties and mechanical properties of the curing agent and its curing product were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that the surface drying time was 29 rain, the amine value was 449.48 mg/g, and the viscosity was 2.46 Pa·s for the cured product when the mole ratio of n (N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide) : n (acrylamide) was 1: 1, and the reaction temperature was 70℃. The corresponding cured product bad the relatively better combination property because its tensile shear strength was 39.02 MPa and elongation at break was 7.97% when mass fraction of curing agent was 30% in EP.
