摘要 循环流化床锅炉是20世纪80年代发展起来的高效率、低污染和可良好综合利用的燃煤技术,排渣系统的正常运行一直是循环流化床锅炉的一个重点、难点。对循环流化床的炉底结构作了详细的阐述。此外,还重点介绍了某循环流化床炉底排渣的结构设计、膨胀及防磨措施与优化方案。 Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler (CFB) is a coal fired technology developed in 1980s, which has high efficiency, low pollution and good comprehensive utilization. The normal op- eration of the slagging system is always a key and difficult point of CFB boiler. In this paper, the bottom structure of a circulating fluidized bed is described in detail. In addition, the structure design, expansion and anti grinding measures and optimization schemes of the bot- tom slag discharge in the SBWL circulating fluidized bed furnace bottom are also introduced.
