摘要
针对铁路调车作业特点及"两违"较多、控制难度较大、监控手段缺乏等问题,结合当前国家北斗定位导航系统的发展战略,引入差分定位技术,提供RTK北斗差分定位系统,为调车安全管理和防护提供厘米级的高精度定位,通过系统平台和终端设备的设计,并在南昌路铁路局鹰潭南站进行了现场试验,现场试验效果良好,为调车安全管理和安全防护提供了有力的保障。创新地将RTK北斗高精度定位技术,在铁路平面调车管理方面,为从事铁路运输研究工作的同行提供了有益的技术思路和现场实际验证经验。项目的长期持续优化和实践应用,为今后在铁路运输调车安全管理和安全防护领域的大量推广使用,打下了良好的基础。
Based on the feature of railway transport shunting,the paper discussed the application of RTK Beidou differential positioning system to provide high precision system monitoring and safety precautions for railway transport shunting.In order to cut down the misconduct of railway transport shunting,we designed the railway transport shunting support system platform and terminal devices,and piloted at Yingtan South Station of Nanchang Railway Administration,then achieved the goals.It provided a powerful guarantee for shunting safety management and safety protection.It provided useful technical ideas and field practical verification experience for the counterpart.It has laid a good foundation for a great deal of promotion and application in the safety management and safety protection of railway transport shunting.
