摘要
股权激励是现代企业在所有权和经营权相分离的情况下,解决委托代理成本问题的一种激励措施。股权激励机制的理论基础是人力资本产权理论与代理理论。股权激励机制与上市公司的业绩之间存在着正相关关系。
Stock ownership incentive is an incentive measure on resolving the problem of agency cost in case of the 'Separation of Ownership and Control'of modern corporations. The theoretical bases are manpower capital theory and agency theory.Between stock ownership incentive mechanism and listed companies' outstanding achievement are positive correlativity.
