摘要
以聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)和马来酸酐(MAH)为主要原料,采用直接酯化法合成了大分子单体聚乙二醇单甲醚马来酸酐酯(MAMPEG),探讨了MPEG相对分子质量、MPEG和MAH物质的量之比、催化剂对甲苯磺酸和带水剂甲苯用量等对酯化率的影响。结果表明:相对分子质量相同的条件下,影响酯化率程度由强到弱顺序为MAH/MPEG物质的量之比>催化剂用量>甲苯用量>反应时间,并着重分析了MPEG相对分子质量对酯化率的影响。
Polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether (MPEG) and maleic anhydride (MAH) were used as main raw materials to synthesize macromonomer MAMPEG by direct esterification. The effects of MPEG relative molecular weight, molar ratio of MPEG and MAH, the amount of p-toluenesulfonie acid and toluene on esterification rate were discussed.The results show that the factors influencing degree of esterification rate are as follows: molar ratio of MPEG and MAH〉 amount of catalyst 〉 toluene content reaction time, and the effect of MPEG molecular weight on esterification rate is emphatically analyzed.
