装饰铝板在蚌埠体育场金属屋面系统中的应用

Decorative Aluminum Panel Used in Metal Roofing System of Bengbu Stadium

蚌埠市体育中心体育场项目装饰面采用复合铝板交错搭接形成一种龙鳞的效果,整体外观造型犹如盘起的巨龙。为满足龙鳞板建筑造型,装饰复合铝板的做法客观上成了本工程难点。本文针对该项目中龙鳞板的造型成型、龙鳞板骨架连接,以及龙鳞板下方的防水处理进行了深化设计分析。

Intersected construction aluminum panel is used in Bengbu Stadium project which can be showed as a sharp of dragon scales. The shape of the stadium looks like a huge dragon. Objectively, the way to use aluminum panels to form the shape of the dragon scales becomes the diffieuhy of the project. This article deeply analyses detail design for the shape of aluminum panels, the construction of aluminum panel connection and the waterproofing treatment under the aluminum panels.
