摘要
对长沙德普五和工业园屋面工程防水特点及难点进行了分析,并提出了系统的解决方案,防水设计上选用2 mm厚非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+3 mm厚双面自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,施工上采用标准化的施工工艺且引入了先进的抛丸处理,并对女儿墙、后浇带、水落口等细部节点进行了加强设计与施工处理。
This article introduces waterproofing characteristics and difficulties of Depp Wuhe Industry Park in Changsha and puts forward the system solution： applying 2 mm thick non-curing rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating and 3 mm thick double-faced self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane, adopting standardized construction technology and advanced blasting treatment, and using strengthening design and construction on details such as parapet wall, after pouring belt and drip mouth.
