高耗能产业节能减排协同效应演变的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 高耗能产业节能减排协同效应综合反映工业循环经济的成效。传统的节能减排效应评价一般不考量碳排放的影响,在我国高度重视碳排放量控制的形势下,有必要将碳排放纳入节能减排协同效应评价中。选取五个主要的高耗能产业或行业,分别就不纳入和纳入碳排放的节能减排协同效应的演变进行了比较研究。主要结论是,高耗能产业节能减排协同效应都呈现出逐渐上升的态势,各高耗能产业之间存在一定差异,计入碳排放因素后的节能减排协同效应比不计入碳排放时要低。 The synergistic effect of energy saving and emission reduction (ESER) in energy intensive industries (EIIs) reflects the effect of industrial circular economy. The traditional synergistic effect study of ESER did not consider the influence of carbon emis- sion. Under the situation of China's increasing attention to carbon emission control, it is necessary to include carbon emission into the synergistic effect evaluation of ESER. Five major EIIs were selected to compare and study the synergistic effects of ESER with two con- ditions of not including and including carbon emission. The main conclusions are that the synergistic effects of ESER in EIIs all are ris- ing, which are varied between EIIs, and the synergistic effect of ESER to include carbon emission factor is lower than that of not inclu- ding carbon emission.
