摘要
文章针对美国国际教育技术协会分别于1998年、2007年、2016年颁布的三个不同版本的美国国家学生教育技术标准,分析了三版标准关注主题的演进、维度与顺序的变化,并重点对具体维度及各维度下的具体指标进行了对比分析,最后探讨了美国国家学生教育技术标准对研制适合中国现状的教育技术标准的启示。文章的研究可为构建适合中国现状的学生教育技术标准、更新信息技术课程标准、推进信息技术与课程整合提供参考。
The American international society for technology in education (ISTE) has issued three editions of American national educational technology standards (NETS) for students in 1998, 2007 and 2016, respectively. This paper first made a comparative analysis on the three editions from the aspects of the evolution of the theme, the change in the dimension and the order, and then focused on the analysis of the specific dimensions and the specific indicators under each dimension. Finally, the enlightenment of the NETS to the development of educational technology standards suitable for China was discussed. The results of this paper could provide reference for constructing the educational technology standards for students suiting to Chinese situation, updating the curriculum standard of the information technology, and promoting the integration of information technology and curriculums.
