智慧校园业务应用融合的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Business Application Integration in Smart Campus

文章通过分析校园信息化应用的现状、问题,以党校教学评价工作为例,进行了业务流程的智能化改造,并对业务流程智能化的效果进行了对比分析。基于此,文章提出了智慧校园业务应用融合的三条原则,即以用户需求为导向、以多元数据为支撑、建立信息服务的开放生态。依据此原则,文章提出了智慧校园业务应用的具体设计,即进行以办事为主线的流程重构和以流程为中心的服务重组。最后,文章构建了一站式网上办事大厅,其建设实践可为智慧校园背景下校园信息化的建设与应用提供参考。

This paper analyzed the application situation and existent problems of campus informatization, carded out the intellectualized reconstruction of business process by taking the teaching evaluation work of the Party School as an example, and further made a comparative analysis on the effect of the intellectualized reconstruction. Based on this, this paper proposed three principles for the business application integration of smart campus, which was an open ecosystem focusing on the users＇ need, supported by multi-data and establishing information service. According to these principles, the specific design for the application integration of smart campus was put forward, which included the process reengineering focusing on the business and the service reorganization centering on the process. Finally, this paper established a one-stop online service hall, which could provid reference for the development and application of campus informatization under the background of smart campus.
