陶瓷窑炉NO_x来源分析与减排技术探讨 被引量:2

摘要 以某20 000 m^2/d全抛釉陶瓷窑炉生产线为例,对比使用不同燃料时NO_x的排放情况,分析NO_x产生的来源及影响因素。结果表明:NO_x产生主要以快速型为主,燃料中含N量越高,产生的快速型NO_x越多,对应的排放浓度越高。另外,对现有NO_x减排技术进行了对比,指出适用于陶瓷行业的脱硝技术有SNCR和中低温SCR,其中中低温SCR是深度减排治理的可选技术,对陶瓷行业窑炉NO_x的减排工作具有借鉴意义。 Based on the example of a 20 000 m2/d all-glazed ceramic kiln production line, the source and influencing factors of NOx are analyzed by comparing the emission of NOx with different fuels.The results show that:NOx is mainly the rapid type. The higher the amount of N in the fuel is, the more rapid NOx is produced and the higher the corresponding emission concentration is. In addition, the existing NOx emissions reduction technology has carried on the contrast. It is pointed out that the SNCR and SCR denitration technology are suitable for the ceramic industry. The low temperature SCR is a choice for the depth management of carbon emission reduction and has a reference significance for kiln NOx emission reduction of the ceramic industry.
