摘要 介绍了基于动态环境监测系统的新能源变电站的内涵。分析了基于动态环境监测系统的新能源变电站的特性,主要包括:客观性、综合性、实用性和层次性。介绍了基于动态环境监测系统的新能源变电站的国内外研究进展。给出新能源变电站动态环境监测系统的组成,其由新能源变电站环境要素各承载比重大小决定,包括生态环境承载力、资源空间承载力、居民心理承载力、经济承载力、新能源变电站环境综合承载力。在此基础上,对中国新能源变电站管理办法改进进行研究。 The connotation of new energy substation based on dynamic environment monitoring system is introduced. The characteristics of new energy substation based on dynamic environment monitoring system are analyzed, including: objectivity, comprehensiveness, practicability and hierarchy. The research progress of new energy substation based on dynamic environment monitoring system is introduced. The composition of dynamic environment monitoring system for new energy substation is given, which is determined by the proportion of environmental factors of new energy substation, including the carrying capacity of ecologi- cal environment, the bearing capacity of resources, the psychological carrying capacity of residents, the economic carrying capaci- ty, the environment comprehensiveness of new energy substation Carrying capacity. On this basis, the paper researched on the im- provement of China's new energy substation management methods.
