超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效观察 被引量:30

摘要 目的探讨超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床应用价值。方法收集2015年10月至2016年10月在我科门诊就诊的痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者86例,随机分成2组。试验组用超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕,对照组单纯超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗。治疗后比较两组临床疗效、不良反应及安全性。结果 1个疗程治疗结束后3个月,实验组有效率98%,对照组有效率95%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。试验组创面愈合时间平均为8.5 d,红斑持续时间为16.6 d,满意率为91%;对照组创面愈合时间平均为10.4 d,红斑持续时间为18.6 d,满意率为86%,两组创面愈合时间及满意率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕能够减少不良反应,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法 。 Objective To study the clinical effect of ultrapulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with recombi- nant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel on acne scar. Methods A total of 86 patients who were treated for acne scar in our department from October 2015 to October 2016 were divided into two groups randomly. Forty-three patients were chosen as treatment group and treated with ultrapulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel and 43 patients were chosen as control group and only given ultrapulsed fractional CO2 laser. The efficacy, safety and adverse reactions were graded after 3 months. Results The effective rafe was 98 % in treatment group and 95 % in control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The average healing time and erythema duration of treatment group was 8.5 d and 16. 6 d respectively, which were lower than these of control group ( 10. 4 d and 18.6 d) ,and the satisfaction rate was 91% in treatment group and 86% in control group, there being significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Ultrapulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with recombinant bovine Basic fibroblast growth factor gel is sate and effective in the treatment of acne scar.
