干法工艺中婴幼儿配方乳粉的物性及配方的筛选 被引量:5

摘要 通常干法工艺在婴幼儿配方乳粉配方设计中主要考虑营养素指标,而根据原料物性间的差异进行配方筛选上未有报道。通过对婴幼儿配方乳粉产品的颗粒度、振实密度、休止角和溶解性等物性进行研究,考察部分营养素的指标稳定性,从物料混合均一性的角度进行配方筛选,对干法工艺设计配方从原料选择上进行了有益的尝试。 The nutrient indicators were mainly considered in infant and follow-up formula powder by dry mix process. However, according to the raw material on the property differences between the formula selection did not report. In this paper, particle size, tap density, angle of repose and solubility of infant formula powder products were studied. We had carried on the beneficial attempt about raw materials selection in dry mixing process, the formula selection according to indicators of stability of some nutrients and material mixing homogeneity.
