摘要 采用微波消解对罐装奶粉样品进行前处理,通过对测定方法的优化,确定分析线242.170 nm,酸度0.2%HNO3,射频功率1 350 W,雾化器流量0.54 L/min作为电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测锡的最佳条件,建立了ICP-AES法测定罐装奶粉中总锡的方法。方法检出限为0.4 mg/kg,线性范围为0.03~15 mg/L,加标回收率为92.0%~101.1%,相对标准偏差为1.18%~2.58%。 The samples of canned milk powder were pretreated by microwave digestion. 242.170 nm was selected as emission line for tin determination through optimization of the method. Acidity of 0.2% HNO3, radio frequency power of 1 350 W and atomizer flow of 0.54 L/ min were found to be the optimum conditions. The method of total tin determination in canned milk powder by ICP-AES has been established. The results showed that the method limit of determination was 0.4 mg/kg, the linear range was 0.03-15 mg/L, the recovery rate was 92.0% - 101.1% and the relative standard deviation was 1.18%-2.58%.
