摘要
相比常规随钻测量,近钻头地质导向技术的应用更有利于对储层的有效开采。为了满足小井眼对近钻头地质导向钻井技术的需求,通过对线圈系统、舱体结构、电路系统的优化设计,研制出小井眼近钻头地质导向仪器。此仪器可以实时测量、传输近钻头电阻率、方位电阻率、方位伽马等地质参数,测量盲区短,可实现钻头在储层内钻进轨迹的精确控制。现场成功应用表明此仪器可以满足小井眼地质导向钻井需求,有效提高钻遇率,具有很好的现场推广应用前景。
The application of near-bit geosteering benefits the effective reservoir exploitation more than that of conventional LWD. The slimhole near-bit geosteering tool was developed after optimum design of coil array,tool structure,and circuitry to meet the requirement of geosteering in slim hole. The tool can be used to realize real-time measurement and transmission of geological parameters,including near-bit resistivity,azimuthal resistivity,and azimuthal natural gamma,etc.,its blind distance of geological parameter measurement is short,which will supply digital basis for the precise control of the well trajectory in the reservoir. The successful field applications show that the tool can meet slimhole geosteering needs,can improve the chance of drilling in the reservoir,and has a good prospect in field applications.
