摘要 选煤厂药剂流量检测过程中,基于ModBus协议的可编程序控制器(以下称PLC)无法准确读取BCD码格式的SCL-61D超声水表流量数据,对此通过对ModBus协议及SCL-61D超声水表通信协议的特点、消息帧格式规律进行了研究和分析,对两种不同协议消息帧进行了格式转换。结果表明,采用具有超高速四串口IAP15W4K58S4单片机能读取SCL-61D超声水表的流量数据,又通过单片机软件,准确地将流量数据信息转换成符合ModBus协议的消息帧。该方法在M340可编程序控制器平台能实时、稳定、安全地读取SCL-61D超声水表相关流量等数据,并通过M340的FBD语言,将原BCD码格式的数据转换成十进制,便于进行传输、显示及控制等操作。 In the process of chemical flux detection for coal preparation plant, the ultrasonic water meter SCL- 61D flow data which in BCD form can not be accurately read by the programmable logic controller (hereinafter referred to as PLC) based on the ModBus protocol. The characteristics of ModBus protocol and SCL-61D ultrasonic water meter communication protocol were studied and analyzed, and the format conversion of two different protocol message frames were also carried out. The results showed that the flow data of ultrasonic water meter SCL-61D can be read by using the ultra high-speed four serial IAP15W4K58S4 microcontroller. Through the SCM software, the traffic data information was accurately converted into ModBus protocol message frame. The method can read the related data of ultrasonic water meter SCL-61D in real-time, platform, and through the M340 FBD is more convenient for transmission. language, the original disolav and controllinz stably and safely in the M340 programmable controller BCD format data can be converted into decimal, which ooerations.
