摘要
针对某矿用胶轮车行走制动系统的封闭式多盘湿式制动器空转运行时有发热现象,基于牛顿内摩擦定律及热力学相关理论,分析了影响热功率的主要因素,并提出降低热功率的方法,最后通过实验测试,验证了所提出方法的正确性。
Aiming at the heating on closed multi disc wet brake in the mining rubber tyred vehicle running and braking system when running idle. Based on Newton' s law of internal friction and thermodynamic theory, the main factors affecting thermal power were analyzed, and the the correctness of the proposed method was verified by method to reduce thermal power was put forward. Finally, experimental tests.
