针对煤矿企业存在资金投入不足、设备陈旧老化、专业维修人员匮乏等现状,在分析了设备维修方式优缺点的基础上,根据市场发展需求,提出了一种集中管理模式下的设备集中维修方式。通过管理实践,既提升了设备利用率,又降低了生产成本,取得了较好的效果。

In view of the shortage of capital estment, outdated equipment and lack of professional maintenance personnel in coal mine enterprises, based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of equipment maintenance methods, a centralized equipment maintenance mode under centralized management mode was put forward according to the demand of market development. Through the management practice, it can not only improve the utilization ratio of equipment, but also reduce the production cost, and has achieved good results.
