摘要
基于板壳单元,建立了防爆载人车主体结构的有限元模型,结合在煤矿井下的运行工况,运用Hyperworks进行振动模态分析,获得前十阶固有频率与模态振型,总结出整车主体结构的自由模态特征,为防爆载人车主体结构轻量化与结构合理化设计提供了必要的数据。
The finite element model of explosion-proof manned car main structure was established on the basis of plate and shell elements. Combining with the operating mode underground in coal mine, analyzed the mode of vibration by Hyperworks, obtained natural frequency and mode of the first ten orders, and summarized into free model character of the main structure. The study provides the necessary data for lightening and rational design of main structure of the explosion-proof manned car.
